NECKLACES / CHOKERS
On each product page the length of the necklace chain or choker will be stated. They are all measured in inches.
All of our silver plated necklaces(18″) , black necklaces (18″) and black chokers (13″) are a specific length but have an adjustable extender.
Our sterling silver necklaces are one length (18″ & not adjustable).
Most of our bracelets and anklets are adjustable and you can wear them at the size you choose. If they are not adjustable the length will be stated on each individual product page.

UK - UK shipping costs are just £1.95, no matter how many items (standard delivery – no tracking number). - Delivery estimate 1-4 working days from dispatch. - Tracked express shipping is £3.95 and the tracking number will be emailed to you on dispatch (much quicker delivery). A signature will be required upon delivery. - Delivery estimate 1-4 working days from dispatch. - Please ensure you enter your correct and complete delivery address when placing an order as Bohomoon cannot be responsible for orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery details. Rest Of The World - Shipping to anywhere else in the world is £4.95 flat rate, no matter how many items (standard – no tracking number). - You can chose to have tracked shipping, for £8.95 and the tracking number will be emailed to you on dispatch, and your item will get to you much faster, usually in 5 working days. You can track your items at royalmail.com. - Delivery estimate 5-15 working days from dispatch though can vary due to customs in your country which is out of our control. Once shipped the time frame is out of our hands, but should not take longer than 1 month. - If you have not requested tracked shipping we cannot advise a specific date for delivery. - There may be duties and/or customs taxes applied to your order by your local government when delivery is made, or billed to you afterwards depending on where you live. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by Bohomoon. Here at Bohomoon, we want all our customers to be pleased with all of their orders. However, if this is not the case: PLEASE NOTE: SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED (A GIFT CARD FOR THE PRICE OF THE SALE ITEMS WILL BE ISSUED.) Returns - You have 7 days from the day you receive your product(s) to request a refund. - Contact us via email email@example.com with your order number and return request. - The return must be posted by you within 3 working days of the exchange being requested. - The return postage is the responsibility of the customer (if you do not use correct postage stamps it will be held at the post office and be severely delayed & incur an extra charge – out of our control). - We recommend sending using a trackable service to ensure the item is not lost – if we do not receive it we cannot refund. - All products must be returned unworn and in the same packaging it came in. - Once we have received the product, please allow 3 working days for the refund to be processed back to the same method that the order was paid with. - Earrings, along with postage are non-refundable. - All returns must include a note of the order number or refund will be delayed as we won’t know where it has come from. - Any goods broken out of our control (for instance broken by the customer, not a manufacturing issue) we cannot be liable for. Exchanges - You have 14 days from the day you receive your product(s) to request an exchange. - Please follow the same steps as a return if you would like an exchange. - We can only exchange your product for the same product in a different size/colour (if it is in stock). - If you send an exchange for something that is no longer available, we will issue you a gift card or full refund. - We will post the new product to you free of charge. Faulty Goods - All of our products are carefully checked before they are packaged. However, if for any reason your item is faulty, or has been damaged in transit please get in touch immediately via email firstname.lastname@example.org (we may require photographic evidence, so attaching an image of the item in the email will speed the process along). - If we have evidence the item is faulty, we will usually send a replacement free of charge and you will not need to send the faulty item(s) back to us. - If you require a refund instead, we ask you send the item back to us (we will cover postage costs) before we can issue a full refund.
